For clinics
Less chair time. A cast patients can live in.
OrthoHealCO works with emergency departments, orthopedic practices, and urgent cares in Colorado and Utah. The practical case is patient satisfaction, time given back to the team, and reimbursement that may be higher than a typical cast.

Emergency departments
- Application in about 5 minutes, versus about 60 minutes for a traditional plaster or fiberglass cast.
- Once the limb is positioned, the polymer hardens in under 3 minutes with the RizyCure blue light.
- Removal is a zipper, not a cast saw, which matters in a busy bay and with anxious patients.
Orthopedics
- Window sections for skin inspection without taking the immobilization down.
- Breathable ventilation channels, a lightweight shell, and a biocompatible foam liner that is ISO 10993 tested.
- Short arm, long arm, thumb spica, radial gutter, ulnar gutter, short leg, and splint / slab.
Urgent care
- Patients leave able to wash the cast. It is waterproof and washable, with no bag over the limb.
- Latex-free liner, for a setting that sees a wide mix of patients.
- One curing step with RizyCure, then the shell is rigid.
Coding note
